Leavenworth, Washington

Ups and downs.
We get out when we can. Mom is always eager but not always able to stay awake long enough to do much and every now and then there is some confusion to handle. We try to take advantage of whatever we are given.

Today we decided to attempt a trip to Leavenworth, WA.

It's a beautiful 2 hour drive from where we live.

Phil thought his Mom would not only appreciate the beauty of the drive but the town itself.

Leavenworth is made to look like a Bavarian village. It's very cute!

It rained the entire way there. Mom commented about how nice it would be for the sun to come through while we were there so we could get better pictures. Sure enough, it did!

The whole day was really nice. She enjoyed herself a lot, I think!
